Job Summary
The Admitting Rep will arrange for the efficient and orderly admission of inpatients and individuals who need hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures. This position will also ensure that information is collected and that patients are aware of hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical terminology
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Admitting experience in a hospital setting
• Computer terminal data entry experience
• Customer service experience in a clinical setting
