Job Summary
In our ICU, this position will provide leadership, generate decisions and set goals to assure that the unit meets and exceeds the standards of care defined for the patient population.
Required Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- BLS certification
- Charge Nurse experience
- Critical Care experience
- At least one year of previous supervisory/management experience
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
